Dear Gordie & family,
Staying overnight here was an unforgettable experience; overwhelming you could say. Last night we saw the most beautiful sky of our lives and the lake was ‘ really’ refreshing this morning. We take this experience home with us in our hearts. And it was so very nice to meet you.
Thank you.

Gordie:
Yvette and James and I want to thank you for accommodating us while we’ve been visiting family in Wiky for the past few days. Everything was A-Ok, very comfy, and the other guests were nice and friendly.

Thanks for everything. You have a beautiful spot here. Check out www.echoesdrumfestival.com I noticed your drum. My sister and I started the drum festival in Sault Ste. Marie and we hold it as close to the summer solstice (June 20) as we can. Maybe you and your boy can make it next year. If you come I can get a camping spot for you.

Dear Gordy,
It is such a gift being here – The Beauty is so powerful & at the same time so gentle. Kind of like the feeling of holding a child in your arms so you just don’t want to be anywhere else other than in that embrace.
Thank you for sharing your place – for letting us experience it. (can we come again? Sure hope so.)
You are part of us now because your home – The one you built yourself on a spot you picked – is inside us now. We inhaled it.
This is the perfect spot to watch the moon rise & the sunrise (it is now 6:30am).
I’ve always dreamt of staying in a log cabin – a real one – with no water or electricity. Your place is really neat because it has 2 floors, (& 2 porches). So this is a dream come true.
Thank you again for such a marvelous stay (& also for seeing Lisa on video & to let us touch the hoops). You are welcome to stay with us for Skydome Pow wow.
